What are the check-in and out times?

Pitches: 10:00-23:00
Accommodations: 16:00-23:00
Check-out for everybody: 08:30-10:00

When am I due to settle the balance of the stay that I reserved?

A few days before arrival via bank transfer. Tourist tax and extras are paid at check-in.

Do we have to pay extra for hot shower and electricity?

No, you don’t.

Campsite Facilities

Is there a wifi connection in the campsite?

Yes, there’s a public area where you can use the wifi.

Do you have washing-machine and dryers?

We do, they are located in toilet buildings no. 1 and 3.

Is the water-tap safe to drink?

Yes, it is.

Can I charge my EV?

Yes, we have an EV charging station.

Camping Life & Gear

Do we need an adaptor for the electricity?

We use the EU plugs.

Is BBQ allowed?

Only if it’s a gas bbq, otherwise you can use the shared bbq.

Must we wear a swimming-cap?

Yes, you must.

Families & Accommodations

Do you provide high chairs and baby beds in the accommodation?

Yes, they are free of charge and upon request.
