Bookings can be made at, via e-mail or phone. A downpayment (30% of the total amount) is required to confirm the booking. The downpayment has to be made by bank transfer or by credit card. The reception staff will confirm your booking via e-mail. The balance must be settled when checking-in.

Only the type of pitch or accommodation is guaranteed, but not a specific number. Changes to the booking dates or type of pitch/accommodation can be made within 7 days from the arrival date.

Cancellations: guests must inform the reception staff by e-mail within 7 days from the arrival date. The downpayment will be refunded (-20,00€ as booking expenses). If the cancellation is made during the 6 days before the arrival date, the downpayment will either be used for the following year, or be lost.

In case of early departures or late departures, guests will be charged the entire amount calculated from the day originally booked. The booking is valid till 1 day after the arrival date originally booked. If the reception staff is not informed about the delay, they will cancel the booking.

In case of early departures or late departures  referring to the arrival date originally booked, no refund is due.

Check-in: for the pitches, from 10:00am till 11:00pm. For the accommodations, from 04:00pm till 11:00pm. Each guest must show an ID card or a passport for the standard legal registration. Guests staying in an accommodation or in a tent kit and/or kitchen kit will be asked for a 100,00€ deposit in cash. One day before leaving, guests have to make an appointment for the final check of the accommodation/kit. On the day of departure, the staff will do the check. The deposit will be returned in case no damages have occurred.

The reception staff must be informed immediately about any alterations to the number of guests already registered on a pitch/an accommodation. Newcomers must check-in at reception desk with an ID card or a passport.

In case single members of a family or group leave early than the others, they must immediately inform the reception staff. Otherwise they will be considered still present at the campsite and they will be charged accordingly.

Departures: check-out of the pitch and the accommodation: by 10am. Departures after this time have to be agreed-upon with the reception staff. Guests in accommodations must return the key between 08:30am and 10:00am.

Silence: 01:00pm-02:30pm & 11:00pm-07:00am. It is forbidden to drive motor vehicles in the campsite. All the unnecessary noises and disturbances have to be avoided. Dogs and other pets are welcome: they always must be kept on a lead within the campsite, taking care that do not create any disturbances. Damages caused by pets will be charged to the respective owners. The management declines all responsibilities. Pets are strictly forbidden in the swimming pool area.

Speed limit: the maximum speed limit is 10km/h.

Responsibility: the campsite declines full responsibility for damages to persons or objects caused by bad weather, Acts of God, epidemics, insects, plant diseases or any other damages not caused by the negligence of the staff. The use of all the facilities is at personal risk. Parents are considered responsible for their children. The management declines full responsibility for losses, thefts or damages.

These rules can be modified with integrations considered necessary by the management. GUESTS MUST READ THE SPECIFIC REGULATIONS THAT CAN BE FOUND AT THE ENTRANCE OF EACH SINGLE FACILITY.
