A confirmed reservation and/or the access to the campsite implies that the customer read and fully accepted the following regulations. Reservations and check-in are considered a contract for all intents and purposes.
Barco Reale guarantees the availability of the pitch/accommodation for the dates reserved by the guest.
RESERVATIONS
- Accommodations and pitches can only be booked at www.barcoreale.com
- The images shown on the website or in any other media are for illustrative purposes only. Accommodations and pitches may slightly vary from the images.
- Downpayment (30% of the total price):
- immediate, if made by credit card
- by bank transfer within 5 days from the booking request. After 5 days the unpaid reservation will be cancelled. The name on the bank transfer must fully match the name on the reservation, otherwise it will be rejected. The reservation will not therefore be completed.
- Booking confirmation: via email (please, check your spam folder too).
- Booking details verification: please, make sure that all the details entered are correct (e.g., number and ages of guests, dates of stay). Amendment requests are accepted max 3 days after receiving the confirmation.
- Booking changes (number of guests, dates of stay, type of pitch/accommodation) are accepted until 15 days before the arrival date and are subject to availability. A new confirmation will be issued and the previous ones will expire.
- The campsite guarantees the type of accommodation/pitch booked, but not a specific number.
- Special requests (e.g., a spot near friends) are allowed, but they will only be met if they do not clash with the general planning.
APP
Guests will receive a login code for our app. This code can be used to book services and activities at the campsite, but it does not refer to the pitch/accommodation reservation.
CHECK-IN
Pitches: 10:00 - 23:00
Accommodations: 16:00 – 23:00
As by law, all guests will be required to produce a valid ID on arrival.
PAYMENT OF THE STAY
- in advance (advisable): you can settle the balance by bank transfer after receiving our email with the amount due and the bank details. Please, make sure to pay the exact amount required.
- when checking-in: full payment will be expected on arrival unless the balance was already pre-paid. At this time, you will also be asked to pay the tourist tax and any extras (e.g., additional guests, additional nights, upgrades to a higher category pitch/accommodation, additional services). Guests who did not pay in advance and arrive after 18:30 can settle their balance the following day from 09:00 till 10:00.
CANCELLATIONS
- Cancellations can only be made by email: [email protected]
- Refunds:
- up to 15 days before arrival: deposit -€20 | pre-paid balance = 100% refunded
- between 14 days and 1 day before arrival: deposit = non-refundable, but it can be used for the following season | pre-paid balance -€20
LATE ARRIVAL and/or EARLY DEPARTURE: Guests will be charged the full amount mentioned in the booking confirmation (number of nights, guests, and pitch type). We do recommend you take out a travel insurance at your choosing, to face mishaps.
NO-SHOW: If guests do not show up on the day of arrival, their reservation is valid until 23:00 of the following day, after which it will be cancelled. The deposit and balance are non-refundable.
DURING YOUR STAY:
- It is strictly forbidden to have unregistered guests
- For all guests: any newcomer must be checked in before entering the campsite. Check-in available 24/7
- For guests staying at the campsite without a reservation: please, inform the staff by 10:00 if anyone in your group will be leaving that day. Otherwise, they will be considered still present at the campsite, and they will be charged for the entire stay
DAILY VISITORS of campsite guests are required to register at reception with an ID. Only pedestrian access is permitted. If visiting guests on a pitch, visitors will be charged according to the season’s rates and their age. No additional charges for visitors of guests in accommodations. The number of visitors will be added to the number of guests and it cannot exceed the maximum capacity:

PITCH OCCUPIED AND NO GUESTS: (for guests staying without a reservation) In case guests want to sleep elsewhere keeping the pitch occupied with their equipment, they will still be charged for 2 adults and for the pitch, according to the season’s rates and the type of pitch occupied.
STAYING AFTER CHECK-OUT: guests are allowed to stay and use the facilities till 18:00 from the 21/04/27 to 11/06/27 and from 28/08/27 to 02/10/27. The pitch/accommodation must be free by 10:00am
Payment desk: 08:30-10:00 & 16:00-18:00.
Rates are calculated considering the age of guests on their departure day.
Silence: 13:00-14:30 & 23:00-07:00. It is forbidden to drive motor vehicles in the campsite. All the unnecessary noises and disturbances must be avoided.
The staff are always authorized to enter, even without the guest's permission in case technical problems in the accommodation
Dogs and other pets are welcome: dogs must always be kept on a leash and under control. It is advisable to carry a muzzle, if need be. Poop bags are available in the toilet facilities and in the public areas of the campsite. Damages caused by pets will be refunded by their owners. Dogs are not allowed in the swimming-pool area.
Speed limit: the maximum speed limit is 10km/h.
Parking-spaces: please, leave your vehicle where you are told by the staff. It is forbidden to park on empty pitches
Liability:
- Barco Reale is not responsible for damages to guests or property caused by severe weather, natural disasters, epidemics, insects, plant diseases, or any other damages not caused by the negligence of the staff
- Use of equipment is at your own risk.
- Parents are responsible for their children. Unaccompanied under-age guests are not allowed on the campsite.
- Barco Reale is not responsible for loss, theft, or damage.
- Damages to the campsite facilities or equipment, particularly fire safety devices will be subject to compensation claims.
- Guests are required to read the regulations and rules of use at the entrance to each facility.
- Photos and video: the staff will inform guests in case of authorized photo or video shooting happening in the common areas of the campsite
- Barco Reale reserves the right to promptly remove anyone from the campsite who breaks the rules, disturbs other guests or the staff, or jeopardizes the general safety.
These rules apply to both direct customers and guests who have booked through a OTA (e.g., booking.com). The campsite declines any responsibility for mistakes made by tour operators, such as rates, terms and conditions, or accommodation features. OTA customers will contact them for any refund requests.
The rules may be supplemented by additional regulations that management deems appropriate.
