Regulations 

 

Once a booking has been made and accepted by Barco Reale, a contract exists between the guest and Barco Reale. Booking by the guest indicates acceptance of these terms and conditions.

 

 

Check-in

Pitches: from 10:00am till 11:00pm. 

Accommodations: from 04:00pm till 11:00pm. 

As a security measure,each guest must show an ID card or a passport for the standard legal registration. 

The reception staff must be informed immediately about any alterations to the number of guests already registered on a pitch/an accommodation. 

Newcomers must check-in at the reception desk with an ID card or a passport as soon as they arrive before entering the campsite, even by night. In case single members of a family or group leave early than the others, they must immediately inform the reception staff. Otherwise, they will be considered still present at the campsite and they will be charged accordingly. 

Guests who have booked a pitch or an accommodation are required to settle the balance of the stay at reception when checking-in, unless the reservation was already pre-paid.

A downpayment (30% of the total amount) is required to confirm the booking. The downpayment can be made by bank transfer or by credit card. In case of bank transfer, the name used for the booking must be clearly indicated. Bank transfers impossible to ascribe to guests will be rejected via our bank, and the booking will not succeed. 

The reception staff will confirm your booking via e-mail. Only the type of pitch/accommodation type is guaranteed, but not a specific number. Guests may make requirements (i.g. being close to friends) which will be met only if they do not clash with the general planning.

Guests will receive a log-in code for the app. The app allows you to manage the booking of activities and services, but it is not referred to the booking of the pitch/accommodation. 

Changes to the booking dates or type of pitch/accommodation are possible within 10 days from the arrival date.

Balance settling: a few days before your check-in day, you will receive an email with the amount due to settle the balance via bank transfer. When checking-in, you will always be required to pay for the tourist tax and possible extras (i.e. additional guests, pitch/accommodation upgrades, extra nights booked). 

Cancellations: guests must inform the reception staff by e-mail within 10 days from the arrival date. The downpayment will be refunded (-20,00€ as administration costs). If the cancellation is made during the 9 days before the arrival date, the downpayment will either be used for the following year or be lost. 

Delayed arrivals: guests will be charged the entire amount calculated from the day originally booked. The booking is valid till 11pm of day after the arrival date originally booked. 

Early departures: guests will be charged for the nights originally booked, and no refund is due. Accordingly, the same conditions apply to bookings made for a fridge or for a kit.

No show: if guests do not show on their arrival day, their booking will be valid till 11pm of the following day. In case they do not show even then, they will lose downpayment and balance, and no refund will be due.

 

Pitch occupied and no guests: In case guests want to sleep elsewhere keeping the pitch occupied with their equipment, they will still be charged for 2 adults and for the pitch, according to the season’s rates and the type of pitch occupied. 

Staying at the campsite after the check-out:On the day of their departure, guests are allowed to use the campsite facilities till 6pm from the 14/05/26 to the 12/06/26 and from the 29/08/26 to the 29/09/26. The pitch/accommodation must be free by 10am and the balance must have been settled by 10am.

 

In case of malfunctions or damages, also those not reported by guests, the staff are authorized to enter the accommodation without the guests’ permission.

 

Departures: check-out from the pitch and the accommodation: by 10am. Departures after this time have to be agreed-upon with the reception staff. Guests in accommodations must return the key between 08:30am and 10:00am. 

 

Payment desk: 08:30am-10:00am & 04:00pm-06:00pm. 

 

Rates are calculated considering the age of guests on their departure day.

 

Silence: 01:00pm-02:30pm & 11:00pm-07:00am. It is forbidden to drive motor vehicles in the campsite. All the unnecessary noises and disturbances must be avoided.

 

Dogs and other pets are welcome: they always must be kept on a lead and they must wear a muzzle within the campsite, avoiding any disturbances. Owners will be charged for any damage made by their pets. The management declines all responsibilities. Pets are strictly forbidden in the swimming pool area. 

 

Speed limit: the maximum speed limit is 10km/h.

 

Responsibility: the campsite declines full responsibility for damages to persons or objects caused by bad weather, Acts of God, epidemics, insects, plant diseases or any other damages not caused by the negligence of the staff. The use of all the facilities is at personal risk. Parents are considered responsible for their children. Under-age persons are not allowed if not accompanied by a responsible adult over 18. The management declines full responsibility for losses, thefts or damages. These rules can be modified with integrations considered necessary by the management. 

In case of damages to facilities or equipment, especially to the fire prevention system, doers will be charged accordingly. 

Guests must read the specific regulations that can be found at the entrance of each single facility.

 

These regulations apply both to direct guests, and to guests who reserved via O.T.A. 

The campsite declines full responsibility in case of errors made by O.T.A. (i.e. miscommunication of rates or terms&conditions, features of the accommodation). O.T.A. guests are invited to address to their O.T.A. for any refund requests.
